If you hadn't noticed already, I am one of those bloggers that blog the hell out of favorite items. I can't get enough of these GOTZSCHE glasses. The same goes for my Shakeup! lipsticks! 

And, of course, Amorous. This set comes in four colors, and as always, you can change the colors of the metals! There are two bronze options and two silver options. Again, per usual, you can resize it as well. Any creation my Matchbook (whom I affectionately refer to as Matchykins - DON'T STEAL MY PET NAME FOR HER!) must be a painstaking process; you can tell how well-made not only the jewelry is, but also the texture. I had to make another look for this skin. The third picture - the closeup - really shows why you'll have to get this skin when it debuts. It's simply beautiful.

Usually, items that were part of a past event ("previous FLF item") are still available for sale. However, creators often make special items for hunts. That doesn't mean that a previous hunt item is not currently available for sale; it just means there is a chance that this is the case. Please do check the creator's stores, MP pages (if available), or just ask the creator!

Speaking of "asking the creator," and I have probably said this before, do NOT be afraid to ask questions! I used to be this way. I felt that, as a customer, relying on the talent of the creator and needing something, I was probably a bother. But I have been so fortunate as to have mostly pleasant and fruitful exchanges with SL creators. I can say, with conviction, that most designers in SL are very friendly and interested in what you have to say. Out of all the interactions I have had with designers, and believe me, there have been a LOT of them, only perhaps two of those were bad ones. And one of those was just because the designer ignored me, meaning the wrong act was more an act of omission rather than commission. And the second one? I requested a refund, and after an argument (exchange of differing accounts, not a yelling match), I was refunded 67% of the linden I spent.

An Izzie skin for only 10L? Not only that, it's a dark skin, which, as you know, is my preferred skin tone because it's my RL skin tone. I had to have it! TP to Izzie's Mainstore and find it. Ye! GET! Read Izzie's blog for more information on this item, including a hint! The hunt object only contains two versions of the skin (cleavage / non-cleavage) but, by now, you probably have several Izzie skins (or you should); thus, you can pair the lipsticks and eyeshadows from those packs with this Eliza skin. I used the makeups in my Estella skin to go with Eliza. Best 10L I've ever spent!

So I dropped by DDL to buy the new bag, "No, You Boys." And I bought that bag. In two colors. And I bought some earrings. And some makeup. And some poses. There's some great stuff there! And the poses are STUPID cheap; each pose is only 10L. 

The bag I'm wearing is loaded with options! You can change the handle, bow and sides of the purse to nine different colors each! I believe this was very, very discounted when I purchased it in December of 2011. It may still be. I will definitely check and then update the ol' bloggo.

The Chum Necklace is from Miel, so you probably know you can change the letters. It didn't just HAPPEN to come with "Never Enough" on it, silly rabbits! It comes with "Your" on the first string and "Name" on the second one. There's a HUD for changing the letters to whatever you'd like. Well, you'll have to "express yourself" with no more than eight characters on either string. You can say a lot with 16 characters, made up of letters, numbers, and a few symbols!

And in case you are wondering, TFG is no more, unfortunately. But some events come back, yeah? My fingers are crossed, for sure.

Now, I've gotta eat something. It's 4:54pm, and I have had only two pancakes and a cup of coffee!

Ugh! Where do I even start? I guess I'll go down the list.

First, we have this lovely skin, Nikita. Not only is it a new SKIN, it's from a new skin designer named Aimee Novo and her new store, EiDOLAN Skins! I'm wearing the tan tone, which, for now, is the darkest available. Aimee does aspire to include a darker tone for future skins (and possibly Nikita as well), but she wants to make sure to get the dark tone just right! I paired the skin with separate eye makeup and lipstick only because the same that was included in the skin pack would not rez at all for me last night! Once I finish this entry, I will try again and update the entry, so you can see what you get for your buck. The pack (whichever you choose of the Fair, Pale, Sun, and Tan tones) also includes an eyeshaper. Each tone costs a mere 500L!

This. Hair. Is. Fabulous. I had to have it. This is only one of Clawtooth's four offerings at the HF2012. It's got just enough of cool and rockabilly and sexy. Go - no, RUN - here to see the other Clawtooth HF2012 hairs, Serendipity, Gossamer Rain and Going Steady. And then hurry to the Flower sim of the HF2012 and snatch them up, lest you not look delectable and too cool to touch! I must also give an enormous kudos to the organizers of the Hair Fair 2012. I was only six months old or so when the HF2011 occurred, so I have no idea whether or not this was done before, but the demo group was such a grand idea! I can only imagine how much easier it made [second] lives. Before you went, you probably knew what you wanted, which made you feel less aimless, and you probably also used the SLurl map to get to the hair you'd previously seen in the demo group. I love it!

Finally, I really could not get over these shades. I laughed my butt off when I saw them! Hey, you perverts, I could be talking about several things other than body parts that shall remained undisclosed. And... I suppose I am a pervert for assuming you had perverted thoughts? In either case, it is the perfect accessory for my ultra-cool hair. As with all the ShadZ shades, you can change the colors of the frames with ten different color options and you can resize the shades with a simple click.

I cannot say enough about the One Voice event.

First of all, Gala DESERVES this. And more importantly, the right to "create" freely sans harassment deserves this. I'm so very proud and ecstatic to have the opportunity to not only attend the One Voice event but to serve as a blogger. 

Secondly, and in line with the first point, I'm so glad that the SL community is behind Gala. It truly disgusts me when I think about what this woman is enduring and will be enduring until this issue is resolved, not to the mention the ridiculous amount of money it will cost to defend herself. And for what? Ugh. Damn jealousy, greed, and insecurity.

Third, there are SO many great designers and exclusive items at the event, all for sale to raise as much money as possible for Gala's court fees and other losses.

I've got another Illusory skin! Illusory skins are, from what I have seen so far, are 1,000L each. For what you get in each pack, that's a pretty sweet deal. However, it's not so easy to come up with 1,000L every time a new Illusory skin is released. Now that Illusory and Aura are teaming up to offer their items to us lucky SL residents under ONE brand, there was (and still exists) an awesome sale at Illusory and Aura. Most things are 50%, including this skin. I got it for 500L! So can you! This is the Paige skin, and the Love skin (which I've blogged many times and which you can see up above, in my banner) is also on sale for 500L. The sale will last for an undetermined amount of time, but I wouldn't risk missing the sale, since that could mean the sale will end at any time. Look to the right to find the link to Illusory!

I should really start hunting like I used to. These are some of my favorite pumps, and I paid nothing for them. Hunts = win!

First of all, I'm SO glad and relieved that FLF is back. And the just-past edition was out of this world. I bought nearly all items, and that is rare. I usually buy the MIEL item, no matter what it is - scarf, boots, watch, you name it. And I buy a few other items. But this time, I think I didn't buy only one of the 10 offerings. Is it Friday again yet? 

That said, these Fit Shorts were MIEL's yesterday FLF item. You can change what your butt says (hmmm...). The HUD to do so is super easy to use. If you didn't purchase these yesterday, you can still drop by MIEL to see if the item is still out for 50L. I'm sure it's still 50L because it is still 50L on the MP. You can purchase the bright version or the natural version.

I put "Sear Me" on my butt because one of my favorite songs from my favorite band (not one of my favorite bands, but my favorite band), My Dying Bride, is called Sear Me III. Here! Have a listen!

I was so very sad to see 50L end, but it's back! The link I've provided, to the Seraphim blog, will show pictures of other 50L Friday offerings. It was a pretty good round! I've found that, in the past, some designers kept the 50L item out for a few days, purposefully or otherwise. You can TRY to see if the 50L items are still out. If not, oh well! You've only four more days until you make up for your dirty, shameful mishap! 

I'm wearing this wonderful skin from Modish, which is fast becoming one of my favorite skin creators in SL! For this skin, I paid 500L. It comes with two skins, with two different amounts of cleavage, and an eyebrow shaper. If you want makeup, you buy separate lipstick packs for 99L each. The shape, copyable and modifiable, is 150L. These are very good prices for such an adorable skin! At XYROOM, you can get one of Modish's skins, Amazona, for only 98L! It comes with one skin and an eyebrow shaper.
