Matchbook [Monday] kills me. You know it. Her Fallen set (earrings and necklace) is what she's offering at the L'Accesoires event that changes on the 15th of each month. I believe this is her first time participating at the event. But I certainly hope it won't be her last. You can change the texture of both the chain and the necklace, and the changes you select happen simultaneously to both. Here's a closer look at the set, which is available in at least eight colors (midnight shown here):

Her watch is a new release, and DAMN is it awesome. Here's a closer look:

 

I'm so excited about the versatility of this watch. First, I have very few good watches in the ol' inventory. I just usually don't wear them. (DOWN WITH PRACTICALITY!). However, I count this among the few that I have and really, really like.

You'd think you could only change the textures of two or three elements of the watch, but no! You can change the textures of 1) the cord, 2) the metal, 3) the wood, 4) the face and 5) YES, the hands! I think it's pretty damned cool that you can change the color of the tiny little hands, but when I expressed this to Matchbook, the foolish girl that she is, she replied that it's not that big of a deal. She's an extremely meticulous worker, and I loooooooove it. As you can see in the picture, I also changed the color around the face of the watch, which you can control under "Flavor." Now, you also have the option to turn hovertext on and off AND the same option for daylight savings time. You'd access that menu by clicking the face of the watch, and you'd access the usuals (resize, texture, flavor, control, etc.) by click on anything other than the face. The texture of the wood that you see in the above pictures is "Animal," and it's my favorite!

That's about it for now. I'm SO excited about composing a Halloween look. Is there any holiday more fun than Halloween? What's that? "No," you say? AGREED! :D

I cannot tell you how awesome this location is!

I was looking for a place at which I could snap these pictures, and I found a LM for the Molto Bene store. Obviously, it was outdated, but I didn't know that at the time. I landed at someone's home, and I fell in love with it! The owner of the land and home happened to be online at the time, and upon my asking, she allowed me to use her home. How nice, yeah? A total stranger landing at your home and wanting to use it for pictures? 

I’ve never really taken a look at LAQ décor, but I really must. Thank you, Gaia Chester, for allowing me to use your land and home AND for showing me that LAQ can create much more than pretty skins!

So you all know what I think about Matchbook Monday and her store, Amorous.

Weeeeelllll, she's made a RIDICULOUS skybox for a mere 99L. Imagine the quality and customization you get with Amorous jewelry. Now imagine that as applied to a big build!

CONTEMPORARY SKYBOX

Skybox measures approximately 32 x 25 meters.
Skybox, without decor, is 58 prims.
Skybox, with decor, is 91 prims.

INFORMATION
- Included is a package called Decor. This is just the various decor included, boxed up in case you delete some of it, but then decide you'd like some more of it. Having it boxed separately saves you having to re-rez the entire structure just for a deleted piece.
- Some of the items in your Skybox are scripted. Be sure to check them! (Scripts in these can be, if you'd prefer, deleted. Simply Touch the item and select "Options" and then "Delete". This will delete the scripts)
- Your Skybox has Copy and Modify permissions. Be sure to "Edit Linked Parts" when you edit various components, lest you break the actual build.
- Your Skybox has a Light switch and a main Control Panel. No doors, thus no door/lock/other script/s needed, but the lights can be turned on and off. Touch the Control Panel prim (center of build, approximately) to engage the menu where you can adjust:
- The Lounge floors
- The bedroom (or other) floors
- The Chimney textures (3 choices)
- The window and Fireplace privacy settings (Open, Half, Closed)
- The various wall colors
- And more!

It's been a while! Or, by my standards, it's been a while. I've been working a bit, so I've been on SL less.

ANYWAY. Enough of the excuses. O.M.G. Indyra Seigo has delivered to us the almighty Vicereine. As you can see, it's elegant, picturesque, sexy and dark. Besides these, it is flexible. Vicereine allows you to be several different girls. As Indyra describes it, there's something for the "uncommon Vamptress." Here, I'm regal and mysterious. Below, I'm misbehaved and inviting.

Paired with the lingerie is the Renata hair in Dusky from GOTZSCHE for Fameshed (until September 29th); the Zodiac Necklace (Sagittarius) from Amorous and two of the three bracelets in the NEW "Bangled," also from Amorous; Lethal Couture's NEW Lightning Bolt Pumps in Black; the Bizarre Flower ring from LaGyo at the August C88 collection; and Soiree's La Creme Lipstick in Punish!

And there's also a pant suit! So you'd use the pants and the flared pant cuffs instead of the gown.

I may have lost count, but I counted 46 different articles of clothing in the pack. 46 = endless fun.

And, I kid you not, you'll only have to "give up" 795L for such beautiful and versatile attire. That is a really fair price, considering not only what you get but what you can make out of your set.

I'm excited! A new brand and new stuffs (from a familiar store) makes me so!

I was on the quest for new makeup, lipstick specifically. I LOVE my Shakeup! lipsticks. They match well with every single skin I have in my favorites folder (All 33 of 'em - although some of those skins include lipsticks already). However, I wanted to try something different! Plus, all of us bloggers aim to bring notice to new brands, not only for that brand but for blog readers and/or fashionistas. 

Thus, I started looking for lipsticks on the Marketplace and I came upon Soiree! It's just a baby - less than one month old - but one can easily tell that Soiree will blow up! The lipstick that I am wearing, La Creme, comes in 30 colors. Each color comes in teeth / no teeth options for 80L; you can see the teeth/no teeth options above. And you can buy the fatpack of 60 lipsticks for 800L. There's also a wonderful "tool" (it's actually a tattoo layer) that does WONDERS for your facial bone structure (that's why I call it a tool) and an upcoming line of SOMETHING which I will not reveal (:P). So, remember when I said that B L E U had no inworld store and only a MP one? Well... I LIED! Jelani has created an inworld store in which you can find all of her pretty, shiny things. YAY!

The Lightning Bolt Pumps are available in ten colors, and they are all wonderful. My favorite part about the shoes are the heels, which are color-change! You can change the heels to 12 different colors; I'd like to think you could accentuate any color (or match colors) in your outfit with that range of customization!

Aaaaaaand the Mesh Rag and Bone pants come in five colors and mesh sizes XS, S, M, L and XL.

If you haven't already received the update, then you can go to Amorous redelivery terminal, find and click your Ankh transaction and voila! You'll have the updated version. The first one is pretty damned awesome; this one is even more so.
